7 years now dealing with AWS I cannot explain how many times they have gone beyond what their rules and Regs and policies are to HELP, SUPPORT and maintain whatever it takes for AWS to serve and keep us as a client.
They are the NUMBER 1 Company and they already WON Best Customer Support globally as far as I am concerned
Between 4/27/2019 - 5/22/2019 our external hosting server through A2 Hosting was completely down. This causes an interruption...展開
in our ability to track jobs, collect data in the field, and more importantly cost us man-hours. There was no warning, no emails stating HELLO Your Server is down! However, it goes BEYOND the customer service aspect. When we spoke with the sales rep during the warm and fuzzy stage of acquiring service, we were told they were fully redundant. We've gone through 2 outages with them - 1 for 2 days and 1 for 27 days - they are not fully redundant. If you have a business which relies on your "uptime" A2 hosting is NOT the company for you.
