negligent, irresponsible, careless (and cheerful about it)

t email for the entire 5-7 days of the transfer. What are they doing about it? "Oh, we really should tell people that and put it in our literature. We will give you a free month, and the supervisor will call you to see if he can speed up the transfer" No one contacted me. Unbelievably irresponsible and unprofessional.
Blue host is a worst and overrated hosting service.
Their servers are compromised and full of viruses.
Their Support agents are lazy and they don't ...
bother to reply on time.
It takes 10-15 minutes in getting reply for a single message.
Their Wordpress Staging Plugin is full of bugs. If you create a staging site, it will break your main website. In fact during staging creation, main website database tables were deleted by Staging plugin.
Their supporters operators are dumb and they don't have much knowledge about Server processes. My website was broken due to their buggy Staging tool. I requested their support operator to restore a website back and he was moving me around other things like file manager, .htaccess file etc.
Everyone’s familiar with WordPress and while it’s certainly great at what it does, BlueHost provides what WordPress can and more. It lets you host WordPress sites on its platform as well as any other site you want to run, and its plans come with even greater performance, memory, and bandwidth. BlueHost has plans for dedicated servers, cloud hosting, VPS, and shared hosting, all of which are priced fairly and typically below the average. It provides extensive CMS, language, and database support and is there for customers 24/7 through live chat, email, and over the phone. It’s fair to say that given the difference in the services offered and reliable customer service, BlueHost is the better provider of the two.
