kage was being provisioned, I lost access to the account (portal). I regained it a couple of hours later. But then i cant launch Cpanel from Portal. Their phone support DOESNT WORK. I tried calling and couldn't reach a human. So I was reduced to just raising my issues through chat. Probably 3 or 4 different chats throughout the day to check in because I kept being told I was still on a "queue." I asked them to escalate my ticket, which they said they did, but also specifically told me there's no ETA for escalated cases, which makes it pointless.
Tech support is a joke. So I cancelled the plan within 24 hrs. Most important thing with webhost is tech support. If youre looking for good tech support, HostGator is not the place to go. Hopefully no issues with the refund!
