removed plan and that plan is not available for new customers. While i purchased the plan , the executive told me that i will get all the benefits which will be available at the time of renewal. But now company is saying that they will not provide any discount either purchase a higher plan or renew it without any discount means at about double cost. its very frustrating. they are not ready to listen. They told me that I can change my plan, then they told me that you have to pay 25$ for changing the plan, again they told me that it was a mistake and no need to pay. Again they told me that there was a misunderstand I have to pay. again they told me that your 25$ fees is waived off. Are you playing with the customers ? Choosing A2 hosting is my big mistake.

These scammers will try to get every dollar they can out of you. They'd rather respond with lengthy robotic paragraphs that mean "no refunds" (contadicting their own TOS) than give back less than $10.
