rs cut cost and service. After 12 months of poor service and learning why the change, I looked for a growing, well-reputed host. I found A2, the rest is history. If I have a problem or a need on my hosting, they fix it promptly. If I need a 3rd party service, they can often recommend good providers. Seriously, what more can I ask for? Yes, of course, their prices are a little higher, but I'll ask you, when you get hacked or your server goes down due to a big traffic spike, who do you want on your side? A price cutter and slow response and blaming behaviour or people that help. I may only need help a ouple of times a year but if my server goes down in a traffick spike, that costs a lot.

gave them the documents, they reinstated my account. Didn't like it and shut down the server. They kept charging me month after month, customer service basically didn't listen.
There's not a single resource being used on any of the console pages, all month my dashboard said current usage was at $0 and then at the end of the month I get charged, complain about it, ask for refund, they handwave it away. There's literally nothing I can shutdown to stop the charges and if I deactivate my account I can't get a refund.
These people are liars and thieves, as crooked as they come, stay away, way better hosts out there
