ally pleases me is that they are easily approachable and highly responsive. Most of my tech related interactions ended with satisfactory results. My package expired 10 days ago and I asked for a discount for the renewal and to my surprise they indeed offered me a hefty discount of 24% towards my overdue invoice. I was really happy to have that offer and I immediately cleared my invoice. Thank you A2

very clearly flawed (or nonexistent? They’re busy trying to take down my reviews rather than fix their problems) insofar as account recovery and their support staff, to my direct experience, is very susceptible to phishing. I will not return to or recommend A2 in the future. Very disappointing staff. This is in addition to receiving poor website hosting help in the past.

r and this is there response when I asked why their website did not go down just the customers. I have an international website with 30,000 students and this down time is too costly and ridiculous.
"The blackhole routing is for a specific IP range. The Winhost main site, as well as many of my clients, are not hosted within that range."
So their site does not go down... but everyone else does. WTF
