7 years now dealing with AWS I cannot explain how many times they have gone beyond what their rules and Regs and policies are to HELP, SUPPORT and maintain whatever it takes for AWS to serve and keep us as a client.
They are the NUMBER 1 Company and they already WON Best Customer Support globally as far as I am concerned
No support, unless you pay. But you cant have the basic plan and get support.
No instructions online

to call and they DO NOT want to help. I have no access to my files and the sales person doesnt even know how to get me to my files or if my files exist.
Do not depend on this company to access your data!
I have an delux plan myself but my clients has multiple hosting plans with u. Everytime we try to reach support its pathetic....展開
I mean the solutions your technical team provides is just hilarious. Not worth the money pay extra and get someother hosting company. Check the chat records of 4th sept 2020 started somewhere around 3 am and went on till 5:30am with zero solution
