Performance-wise, my sites load noticeably faster now. With GoDaddy I was constantly dealing with slow pages and random hiccups, but on ChemiCloud things just work. Honestly feels like a huge upgrade all around. If you’re stuck on GoDaddy like I was, I’d say the switch is 100% worth it.

CP) and previously had pretty good service to facilitate very good web hosting. I used to take advantage of their promo year and then migrate upon deal expiry. This time I wanted to stay because of some critical projects. Because I am a prior client, when I pointed my DNS servers to ChemiCloud and enter the domain, the system denies me. The error code is that the domain already exists (from prior usage) so you need to open a ticket so the staff can override. This is a glitch with CP and other hosting who use CP suffer the same issue. When I open a ticket for the overide, ChemiCloud staff, previously compliant, now give you attitude and in some cases will not do it. If one pays for hosting, unless there is a legal issue, hosting sites and allowing domains to be pointed should not be an issue. Further, a client should be able to add / remove domains without opening a ticket. Now, the staff at ChemiCloud are so miffed at me, they are throttling usage, and I am on the Turbo plan. Glitchy system, belligerent staff and wilfully sabotaging paid clients on the Turbo plan, tsk tsk. It seems ChemiCloud has reached maturity and it is time to retire. Money paid for a valuable lesson, avoid ChemiCloud.
