1) I bought a VPS with CyberPanel + addons, and had to open a ticket just to get them to give me access to the addons. Not off to a good start.
2) The setup was okay, but in the 5 days I tested the server, I found it offline ... 展開 3 times. Not reliable.
3) During the same period I was testing another vps, with comparable prices, the server was in a nearby European country, and it was consistently faster than ultahost.
4) I decided to take advantage of the 30-days policy and asked for a full refund. Luckily I had bought only 30 days, which is what you need to do by their policies.
They answered they would not give the refund, because I had used a promo code during purchase.
Thing is, I had specifically asked about this in a chat with their customer service, and had been told a promo code would not be a problem for a refund.
I explained so, and got no response. Instead they closed the ticket and asked for a positive review.
Moral of the story, I should have known a company whose name is a misspell could not be any good. 縮小
