even understand how a robots.txt work (basic sysadmin knowledge) because they set an allow rule to an user agent that had not been disallowed in any previous rule on the robots file. Also, the other day, from another chemicloud account from one of my clients, a support agent on the chat was asking me on the chat how can she check the server response of a page. Another case of an agent lacking basic sysadmin knowledge.
This is not a problem specific to the agent that breaks basic hosting management protocols or the other support agent that didn't know how to use the chrome inspector, both cases are just a signal of how unsustainably is chemicloud escalating its growth. They are not investing enough in support service and this is what will end up breaking up everything. Not the inflated prices compared to competitors, its the terrible support service, because that was the only added value from this company in comparison to the competitors and it used to be brilliant 2 years ago when I came, and I recommended every client to do so. Not anymore, I'm leaving and my clients are leaving.

e and pricing is probably the only reason why to choose VPS Malaysia, If you're looking for a quality & reliable server AVOID VPS Malaysia at all cost! Their 99.9% Guarantee Uptime is a JOKE! Over the past 7 days my server downtime is 1 day and 7 minutes (uptime is 86.0114%) with 72 incident and avg incident downtime is about 20minutes!
Talking about their support, 8/10 couldn't fix your issue and the only thing they did is help opening a ticket except 1 operator called N******* (he's the only one can fix your issue) and sometime those really urgent ticket they will only reply you 4-5 hours later.
Wherease your direct competitor did honour their 99% uptime at least their worst record is at 99.78% (The worst ever recorded). Talking about the price probably 20-25% higher on similar specs but reliable is the KEY! For support they will assign someone who really know what they're doing to fix the issue on the spot only when something they can't fix then they will open a support ticket for further investigation but still those ticket usually got reply within minutes! Even Exabytes their technical support is way better than your's.
So last thing here come the question how on earth you're rated 9.8/10 with such quality and reliability? I don't think Hostadvice is giving sincere advice for consumer like us.
