for questions. When I first contacted them, they solved all my questions in 3 minutes. (It took me weeks to get an idea from the products offers by others but this guys were supper effective). They explained to me everything in baby words and the offered specific support in Wordpress that I needed, email hosting, etc. Whenever I have a question the guys reply back on the chat in 2 seconds. They carefully look into the issues but what I really appreciate the most is that they give you recommendations when the issue is not from the proper host server, but from other suppliers, or places where I could find information to fix the issues on my own. Sometimes I feel a bit stupid for asking my baby questions, but Support guys are extremely nice and helpful and always there to help. Which is much appreciated specially when you are launching a website.
Regarding the pricing, you get an initial launching special price, which is also very well received, because it gives you time to launch your website and settle down during the first year. And regarding the features, and I am still learning because there are so many available that sometimes is overwhelming (in a good sense). For none English speaking customers, they are very patience, and carefully look into your questions despite those could be not very well formulated (in English, I mean).
They have exceeded my expectations so far and I am very grateful for their support. THANKS GUYS!!!

titude problem (Sarah Khan). Second they got really bad servers and technical staff dont have clue about what is wrong with the servers, keep blaming my site for the issue (Fresh wordpress install with zero plugins). I have hosted same site on other host and its working fine.
Dont waste time with this host, I wasted 3 weeks. Tons of better host with better staff. Dont fall for their sweet talks on review boards and forums, all these things are fake, once you are with them, you will see the real face of the staff.
