ource support, and when you contact them they have no clue or have no tools to help you. With Contabo, it is different. They are rapid in their response and the response is from Contabo's experts. Any problem is solved immediately. I have Dedicated server and 5 VPS with them.

ngly recommend Fastcomet. If you're a tightarse looking for cheap hosting, fastcomet is not for you. Fastcomet doesn't have the cheapest hosting or domains, and that is a real consideration, especially as an Australian paying USD. However, the service is 100% worth it. I've contacted teh tech support countless times, and the response in terms of speed, attention to detail and skill is second to none. They consistenyl go above and beyond to provide me with a high level of insidivudal support for my hosting and even help with the websites.
Big thanks to Nikola, Rumen, Ivan, Teodor, and the rest of the tech support team who have been amazing.

ure, without being given any links as to how to configure them, so I removed those. A few months later, I started having networking issues. Not anything constant, just drop outs here and there. This was detrimental to me, as some services I run require a constant connection to outside sources, and an interruption requires a full restart of them (which can take upwards of 10-15 minutes). I've tried contacting support about this, but they have said that nothing was wrong, so they didn't look into it. Later on, last month, I was still having these, so I decided to restart the server, in hopes that this would fix these issues. Long story short: it didn't fix them. I had to mess around with the network configuration to get it to work again (dns/incoming/outgoing connections). I tried to ask the host to help me with this, and I was met with "This server is not managed, therefore you have to fix it yourself.". Seems like a thing I shouldn't have to do, considering it was their configuration that had caused this issue (the server had never been restarted before this). I will 100% be moving to a new company when I get my next paycheck.

because they restart their server or something and some services fail to go online!
Anyway they are way overpriced, such a service level and quality of servers and available resources fits ( 2$ hosting ) NOT ( 200$ ) hosting!
