Very good experience. No downtime in last 3 months.
I signed up with A Small Orange despite seeing many bitter reviews on the internet. I've been using ASO shared (small) plan for 3 months. Never experi...
enced any issue with their service. I've monitored my website uptime with Jetpack plugin of wordpress and tested speed, server response time regularly. Never experienced any downtime in last 3 months. Pingdom shows my website is faster than the 98% website. Actually, so far I'm very happy with their service.
It is true that their support ticket is very slow and they took almost two weeks to reply my ticket about registering a new domain. But I never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get live chat support. My ticket was solved instantly via live chat.
Another good thing about ASO is their server name and user area interface is very unique and user friendly.
Hope ASO will remain consistent with their good service. Best wishes for ASO team!

Tag warten wir auf eine Email) und die Emails sind keine Ping-Pong Mails. Wir kommen gemeinsam zügig zum Abschluss. Gerne auch in den kommenden Jahrezehnten so weiter!
After hosting email and a flat HTML site for years, a small orange degraded to such a point that the service was unusable. For almost two years, the t...
echnical people could not figure out how to keep (individually addressed) email from being recognized as spam by yahoo and aol. The response by support was fast but that does not good if they cannot fix problems. Something happened to the company management that allows this to happen. I am so happy with ultrawebhosting and cannot believe we did not switch sooner.

I have been using their services for over 1 year and for all that time I was fighting strange er...
ror: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET (Chrome) when loading more than ~30 photos per page. I lost on this error over 90 hours!! Nothing in app logs, nginx logs, anywhere...
Seems like browser reset the connection, but after moving to a new server the error is gone and there is no problem with loading 200+ photos per page.
Simply unreliable VPS provider seems to block too many file request (even in reasonable range).
Also quite normal are some stalls. Page may not load for a couple of seconds. Or SSH connection may stall for random time - htop shows 90% free resource so again problem is with service provider.
They offer very much but most of it is FAKE.
Hmm also beware of testing with benchmarks. At first benchmark's results looked very promising but after about 1 month server tremendously slowed down.
