FastComet based on the information I gave via the chat. FastComet is very professional, reactive, helpful, polite, patient (when I don't understand some technicalities) and great value for money. One happy customer!
The most unbelievable experience I have had with any host... and I've had bad experiences with hosting companies before!
n.ch informed me there was scheduled maintenance. During this maintenance there was a power outage. Due to the power outage my server operating system was corrupted and was unable to boot. The technical team told me this was my problem and I needed to fix it. I would need to do an entire server reset and start again. All that data completely lost.
So in summary they absolutely destroyed my server then refused to help.
I believe the reason they refused to help is because they did not know how to solve the problem.
Thank god I have another backup server with another host in the USA. I was able to switch my sites over to that server instantly and only lost 12 hours of data.
Never in a million years will I use Green.CH again.
They have limitation on everything! I am on highest shared plan, there's a limit on mailbox (4GB) although it's mentioned on ...展開
their sales page, but these people have a limitation on monthly bandwidth (100GB) too which is not mentioned anywhere, it just pops out every month, last time they told me that some crawler is eating away the bandwidth, but even after blocking it, the issue remains. At least put up a board saying that you have a limit on the resources, this is fraud man!
