y account did'nt reach the limit but since I had zipped file of 7 GB and it was unzipped by developers, and later on zip file was removed but they blocked my account. If you type my website address, it shows on screen, due to "billing for outstanding invoices" my account have been disabled. I have chat with technical support many times but my account after six months is still unavailable. If you want to trash your time, effort and money this is your company to host with. Time is money and money is time. My account is not availabale while I have paid for the the entire year. So I lost money and Time both, you do the math....

d. Impossible to get a decent offer. When opening the ticket we’d get the same one liner over and over. A week later a one message about a hard drive. 2 months later one of our data processing servers got deleted. Just like that. Answer « « « Receive Complaint server deleted ». We never knew why. We lost everything.
The downtime hit us hard financially. I’d never seen that in my career.
