to help you, or maybe even doesn't want to take the time. I've had a few of those even at InMotion. But the vast majority of the time, the First Tier people want to be helpful, they are knowledgeable, and when they don't have an immediate answer they will do their best to get one from their higher tier technicians. The rare times I've had a problem that I knew was not caused by my own coding, I've been very pleased with their response time and their willingness to help. I've been with them since 2013 and I can recall only one time where the person blamed it on my code immediately without bothering to do any research. Of course it turned out that it **wasn't** my code -- it was a glitch in an htaccess file that was apparently caused by CPanel. I never touch htaccess so I knew it wasn't something that I'd done. The second person I talked with was much more helpful and he troubleshooted the file, told me the problem, and he fixed it himself. That is awesome service!

ere because this company blocks domains without any valid US Court decision based on anonymous reports abused by competitors. Imagine your competitors will buy for 5$ spam links on fiverr then fill the godaddy form your domain is spamed and belive me or not they lock the domain because this "violates the rules of their 1000 pages rules". It doesn't matter you have no control over it. I tried to contact them and they keeps lying all the time on the support and they can't provide the specific reason of their action sending me list of 50 potencial reasons without any examples what was wrong or what needs to be fixed. After first blocked domain my competitors reported rest domains and godaddy blocked my all domains. I think they don't understand english because when I asked for court decision/specific reason/what needs to be fixed this crap team sent me that: You will not use this Site or the Services in a manner (as determined by GoDaddy in its sole and absolute discretion) that:
Is illegal, or promotes or encourages illegal activity;
Promotes, encourages or engages in any spam or other unsolicited bulk email, or computer or network hacking or cracking;
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of another User or any other person or entity;
Violates the privacy or publicity rights of another User or any other person or entity, or breaches any duty of confidentiality that you owe to another User or any other person or entity;
Interferes with the operation of this Site or the Services found at this Site; or
Contains or installs any viruses, worms, bugs, Trojan horses or other code, files or programs designed to, or capable of, disrupting, damaging or limiting the functionality of any software or hardware.
Because of this suspension this domain name cannot be reactivated. The domain will remain suspended until its expiration date.

s give them a positive review only because they get a commission when people sign up. I wish they wouldn't mislead unsuspecting customers. Read reviews from actual customers to know what they are really like.
Inmotion Hosting is awful Webites seem to be down more often than they are up. The speed is much slower compared to other hosting companies in this price range. Hold times for dealing with customer service are ridiculous. Some of the reps are polite and helpful while others are complete a-holes. Either way, they never apologize for the problems they cause (which have become more and more frequent). If you're running a business, you don't have time to spend several hours per week dealing with these people and trying to get your site running.
I would strongly advise anyone against doing business with this company.
