he only ever answered once. Not even any answerphone service. He told me it would be easier to log a ticket. Did this, takes ages (sometimes) days to get a response. Keeps fobbing it off to different companies to deal with and each time it comes back to him. Have delt with a couple of other hosting companies before and it has always been a simple 15min task but Brad from Hoopla doesn't seem to want anything to do with it. Somehow he has locked our domain to his company even though the domain has been around for a couple of years and I can't even get in touch with him to find out why. As soon as I can figure this out i am transferring to another provider. Worst domain experience ever. Beware of this company.

e I didn’t specify i wanted services canceled. It shows that I did so on their site. What else does that mean? Now they’re saying that automatic renewal is non refundable per their Terms and Conditions. I just got ripped off paying for services I haven’t used in 2 years.
