plan but also upgraded to high level plan at $45/month. However the support is getting worse and worse, high priority tickets are not answered in time. Email server refused my connection now and then, which is never fixed at the root. When it happens, my tickets usually takes hours and hours to get a short response asking more info, which has been in the original ticket because of many times of previous occurrence.
Good speed, bad support trends down. Moved my website away although there are 7 months of hosting left (worth over $300).
