...ech. We have been using APlus and the predecessors for some 20 years. We have had maybe 5 hours downtime and no major issues. APlus may not be great, but for us it has proven to be 99.9% reliable and extremely cheap ($9.00 month legacy plan for 8 active websites). The only issue is that they offer premium Comodo SSL certificates, which makes it more expensive for https (typically $90 a year). The good part to the Comodo certs is that they include lots of extras not available with plain vanilla ssl.
