nd have for about 8 years. I have been with multiple registars before finding Namecheap and none of them come close to the control I have over my domains as I do with Namecheap. Most other registars require you to submit a ticket to add, change or remove the different types of "host records" (A Record, CNAME Record, etc..) needed to correctly have your site up and running. Setting up any of the host records, redirects or anything in general is childsplay with Namecheap, even for someone who is new to running a website because everything is very well documented and is very easy to understand. I never have a problem with their live chat support. I have only had to to use their live chat support a few times and each time it only takes 10 or 15 min at most for them to help fix any issues you are having. I would recomend this registar to anyone and everyone. As I said, I run a server from home and have never used them to host my sites so I cannot speak for how they are as a hosting company. I will only purchase my domains through Namecheap! A+++++

s A2 Hosting and maybe transferring my business to Fastcomet was the worst choice i ever made.
Please do your self a favour and choose another hosting provider.
First and most important issue was the performance on my previous hosting provider i was receiving an A-B grade on gtmetrix but when i transferred to fastcomet i went to F-E grade. They tried to increase the performance and went to B-C.
The technical support chat is not a technical support chat they just tell you to create a technical support ticket. As for the sale department they don't even read your questions they just reply whatever suits them. Also they lack a lot of features compare to their competitors.
cautious: they may steal your domains by blocking your access to your account until the domains are expired. My case is :
ce last Nov, I can not access my account normally, sometimes I got a 2FA code, sometimes never get a 2FA code. And since last month, i completely got no 2FA code, after three times of chatting about this issue and over a month, they still not solve it, and still says “you will get a reply from our team soon" but I never get a single email reply even now. Meanwhile, my domains are going to expire. Even worse, I have no other ways to contact their higher manager except useless chatting and turning to law and i doubt this will make any difference even i contact their higher managers. I have over 30 domains on it and dozens important sites and many of them are expensive.
