...ns and prompting for a password, but every password they gave me was rejected. Instead of actually investigating the issue (wrong password or PasswordAuthentication disabled in sshd_config — a 2-minute fix via VNC console), support sent the same copy-paste response THREE times blaming 'regional ISP blocking by regulators.' I am not in Russia. There were zero network blocks — SSH was connecting just fine. They simply couldn't be bothered to look at the actual problem. After hours of back and forth, they closed the ticket without resolving anything. Paying for a server I can't access. Stay away.
