radically. Tech support can reboot them for you, that's about it. I kept asking the support for 2+ weeks what was going on with the VM, I needed the message from kernel at least to troubleshoot. Nope, all my questions were ignored, had to build the VM from scratch! According to their policy they do not refund any money you've spent, so even though it was a year+ of unused service left on mine since I prepaid 2 years because of my trust in them. Now I am stuck with the VM with unacceptable downtime for one more year but certainly will be moving out after. Right now it's timing out again:
