I purchased a Hostinger hosting plan worth more than $200 about four months ago, and I had around 8 live stores running on it.

...ceived a verification email. I contacted Hostinger support, and their team instructed me to upload my verification documents through hostinger.com/upload. I followed their instructions and uploaded the documents within the required 7-day verification period.
Today, I received an email saying my account had been suspended. When I contacted support again, they claimed that I had uploaded my documents to the wrong URL—even though it was the official Hostinger upload URL that their own support team had provided.
As a result, I have lost data from more than 5 stores, and many sales have been lost. This situation could have been avoided if I had been given the correct guidance from the beginning. I am extremely disappointed with how this case has been handled.
